50ml of Juice (2 medium oranges)
2 cups of wheat flour
180 grams of sugar
125 grams of butter
5 grams of baking powder
In the mixer, put the butter and half the measure of sugar and beat for 1 minute.
Add the egg yolks and beat a little more.
Sift the flour, add the orange juice and beat at high velocity.
In another container, put the egg whites and beat until the foam consistency forms, then add the sugar and beat at high speed until stay creamy.
Add the egg whites to the cake and mix manually.
Put in a Galvanotek packaging (G 232) and cook in the oven at 180° degrees for 40 minutes.
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of sour cream
2 tablespoons of cocoa
In a pan, before lighting the fire, mix with a Fuet the condensed milk, sour cream and cocoa.
Then, turn on the heat and mix until boiling and get texture of porridge.
TIP: Put the cake icing in the packaging G 310/350, to your customer assemble the cake in house.
